Cancerous tumours release small circulating tumour cells (CTCs) and fragments into the bloodstream. When these cells are present, they may indicate the early spread of cancer. The Trucheck™ Intelli test detects and analyses these CTCs from a simple blood sample and can help suggest the likely organ of origin, guiding targeted follow-up.
If cancer-associated cells are identified, we will advise on the most appropriate next steps, which may include imaging, further blood tests, or specialist referral for diagnostic confirmation.
